What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Mixpanel, you will play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our analytics capabilities to potential and existing customers. You will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support during the sales process, and ensuring a smooth implementation of our analytics platform within customer organizations.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings. Your role will involve managing technical projects that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize Mixpanel to achieve their goals.

You will also be responsible for educating customers on best practices for using our platform, helping them to derive actionable insights from their data. By fostering strong relationships with customers, you will help them realize the full potential of their investment in Mixpanel, ultimately driving ROI and long-term success.
