ModSquad is hiring an Associate Community Management Consultant to manage fan engagement for international sports events. This role requires native German speakers with knowledge of sports trends and events.

Who you are

You are a native German speaker with a deep understanding of sports and current trends in the DACH region. Your passion for community engagement drives you to connect with fans before, during, and after sporting events, ensuring they feel valued and heard. You have a flexible schedule, allowing you to commit 10-15 hours per week to this role, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.

You possess excellent communication skills in both English and German, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse audiences. Your ability to understand and convey the excitement of sporting events helps foster a vibrant community atmosphere. You are proactive in identifying fan needs and trends, ensuring that the community remains engaged and informed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing community interactions around international sports events, which typically last around four hours each. You will engage with fans through various channels, responding to their inquiries and facilitating discussions that enhance their experience. Your knowledge of the sports involved will be crucial in creating relevant content and interactions that resonate with the community.

You will monitor community sentiment and feedback, providing insights to the client to help improve their offerings. Your role will also involve collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to community management, aligning strategies with the client's goals. You will be expected to stay updated on current sports events and trends, using this knowledge to drive engagement and foster a sense of belonging among fans.
