Job Description
Who you are
You are a passionate super-fan with a deep understanding of community engagement and moderation. Your bilingual skills in Spanish and English allow you to connect with a diverse audience, ensuring that all users feel welcomed and valued. You have a flexible schedule, with availability on weekends, and are ready to commit 5 to 15 hours per week to this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for moderating community interactions and fostering a positive environment for users of a global sports streaming service. You will engage with fans, answer questions, and ensure that discussions remain respectful and on-topic. Your role will also involve collaborating with the ModSquad team to implement best practices for community management and user engagement.
