Overview

Mollie is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their Direct Sales team in the Netherlands. You'll define and implement sales strategies while inspiring a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Who you are

You are a commercially driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to make a significant impact at Mollie. With strong leadership skills, you have the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire both junior and senior sales talent. Your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to represent Mollie effectively both internally and externally. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with C-Level executives. Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and implement a cohesive sales strategy that aligns with Mollie's business goals and market opportunities. You will shape and develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services, coordinating closely with the Product and Marketing teams. Leading an exceptionally high-performing Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for serving a full range of sales targets from small businesses to mid-market and large companies. You will inspire your team to hunt for prospects and find creative ways to leverage Mollie's outstanding product to meet client needs and ultimately close deals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will work closely with local and central teams to drive growth in the Netherlands.
