You are passionate about creating seamless user experiences across mobile and web platforms through shared foundations.
What you'll do
As a Staff React Native Specialist, you will own the architecture of Mollie’s React Native platform, ensuring it is scalable, performant, and maintainable. You will drive the evolution of the mobile platform by establishing a monorepo and shared foundation that allows teams to ship cross-platform features independently. Your role will involve defining standards and best practices for mobile development, collaborating with various teams to implement these standards effectively. You will also be responsible for mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and ensuring that the mobile platform meets the needs of the business as it evolves into a comprehensive money management solution.
