You have over 4 years of field experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your passion for new business acquisition is matched by your superb energy and initiative, making you a driven individual who is eager to succeed. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users, which is crucial for identifying and closing sales opportunities.
Your experience has equipped you with the skills to formulate and execute effective sales strategies within assigned territories. You are comfortable collaborating with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes. You are also adept at leveraging feedback to improve sales processes and strategies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Desirable
While not mandatory, experience in the software industry and familiarity with MongoDB's technology can set you apart. A background in enterprise sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets will enhance your candidacy. What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline, focusing on new business acquisition.
