Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Your background includes advocating for customers and acting as an extension of their team within MongoDB. You possess a keen interest in technology and are eager to learn about MongoDB and databases, which are inherently technical. You are capable of taking full ownership of your customer portfolio, making key decisions to drive effective outcomes, and knowing when to escalate issues to the executive team. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions for your customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become the main point of contact for MongoDB's end users, leveraging your technical and account management skills to build strong relationships. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects, to ensure customer success. Your responsibilities will include managing customer escalations, de-risking issues, and advocating for customer needs within the organization. You will also be instrumental in building and enhancing the Customer Success program at MongoDB, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to succeed with our products. Your ability to act autonomously and make informed decisions will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
