WalkMe is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients and help them maximize the value of the WalkMe platform. This role requires strong advisory skills and experience in customer success management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS environments. You understand the importance of digital adoption and are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through effective use of technology. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. You are fluent in German, which enables you to engage effectively with German-speaking clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience working with Fortune 1000 companies is a plus, as is familiarity with digital adoption platforms or similar technologies. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to drive customer success initiatives. A background in project management or consulting can also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at WalkMe, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 10 Fortune 1000 clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the WalkMe platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding your clients' digital adoption goals and recommending tailored solutions to help them succeed. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, providing insights and guidance based on their usage of the platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive product adoption. Additionally, you will track client success metrics and report on progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
