What you'll do

In this role, you will own the operating cadence for the growth marketing team, tracking progress on key metrics and facilitating weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, and annual planning sessions. You will lead various special projects that require a structured approach, translating high-level concepts into actionable programs that align with the company's objectives. Your focus will be on dismantling or streamlining processes that no longer scale, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively.

You will also develop mechanisms for sharing learnings across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $84,000 and $165,000 USD.
