Who you are
You have a proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a sales organization. Your expertise in generating pipeline and achieving sales targets has equipped you with the skills necessary to motivate and develop a team of early-in-career sales development representatives. You understand the importance of aligning with marketing to follow up on lead generation campaigns and are adept at monitoring and tracking results to drive team execution towards meeting sales goals.
You possess strong coaching and team-building skills, allowing you to effectively guide your team in identifying high-potential customers and personalizing messaging for prospecting. Your experience includes shadowing and coaching on calls, developing written outreach strategies, and providing constructive feedback to help your team excel. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry or with cybersecurity solutions is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to communicate Rubrik's value proposition effectively. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
