Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in HR technology, and a proven track record of driving product strategy and vision. You excel in stakeholder engagement, ensuring that the voice of the user is represented in product decisions. Your ability to translate business strategies into actionable product plans is key to your success. You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience in defining detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for features and capabilities. You understand market trends and best practices in recruiting technologies, which allows you to continuously evaluate and innovate in your product offerings. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with Greenhouse ATS and SuccessFactors modules is a plus, as is familiarity with user experience design principles. You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams and have a knack for uncovering opportunities that align with business priorities. Your leadership skills empower operational teams while ensuring that technical choices are made effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and communicate the long-term roadmap for MongoDB's Recruiting and SuccessFactors modules. You will align product roadmaps with company strategy and People Team goals, ensuring that they meet enterprise IT architecture requirements. You will partner with HR and other business teams to understand pain points and uncover opportunities for improvement. Your role will involve leading agile teams, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that product delivery aligns with user needs and business objectives. You will continuously evaluate market trends and innovations in recruiting technologies to keep MongoDB at the forefront of HR tech solutions. You will also be responsible for defining and leading the execution of product strategies that enhance employee performance and engagement outcomes.
