Job Description
Who you are
You have over 12 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 7 years in pre-sales, navigating complex enterprise software sales cycles. Your technical background includes at least 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.js, as well as popular programming languages like Java, C++, and C#. You have a strong understanding of designing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders has been key to your success in previous roles.
Desirable
Experience with MongoDB or similar data platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and architectures. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to solve business problems. Your passion for technology and customer success drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
