Overview

MOO is hiring an Account Executive to onboard and inspire new business clients in East Providence. You'll work closely with sales and design teams to enhance client experiences. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a background in B2B sales.

You have a proven track record in B2B sales, demonstrating your ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients. Your experience in onboarding new business clients has equipped you with the skills to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, design, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of MOO's products and services clearly and persuasively. You are driven by results and have a passion for helping businesses grow through innovative print and digital solutions. You understand the importance of brand consistency and control for your clients, and you are committed to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at MOO, you will be responsible for onboarding new business clients and helping them leverage MOO's products to enhance their brand presence. You will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and make informed recommendations on how MOO's offerings can best serve them. You will collaborate with a team of 6-7 sales representatives, including Account Managers and a Sales Manager, to drive growth in MOO's Business Services sector in North America. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. You will also work closely with the Design Services and Customer Success teams to provide a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with MOO. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of MOO's business services, making you an integral part of the team.
