Overview

MOO is seeking a Mid-Level Account Manager to onboard and inspire new business clients while growing existing accounts. You'll work closely with sales and design teams to enhance client relationships. This role is based in East Providence, RI.

You have a strong background in account management, particularly in a B2B environment, and are driven to make an impact from day one. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales teams and clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to inspire and onboard new business clients is matched by your enthusiasm for helping MOO grow its business services base in North America. What you'll do

As an Account Manager at MOO, you will be responsible for onboarding new business clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will work closely with a sales team of 6-7 members, including Account Executives and a Sales Manager, to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with design services and customer success teams to support account growth.

You will be tasked with developing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention, ensuring that MOO's business services meet the evolving needs of your clients. Your ability to analyze client feedback and market trends will help inform your approach to account management, allowing you to proactively address challenges and seize opportunities for growth.
