What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a brand-new Customer Success Management team in Munich. You will hire, onboard, and provide clear direction to your team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they have the support they need to excel. You will monitor key performance metrics at both the team and individual levels, using data insights to drive performance management and optimization.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the team's structure, culture, and best practices from day one. Your leadership will inspire your team to innovate and scale their efforts, directly contributing to Moss's rapid revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Customer Success to align team objectives with company goals, ensuring that customer success remains a top priority.
