Moss is hiring a Graduate Sales Associate to kick-start your sales career in the finance tech industry. You'll learn B2B tech sales through hands-on experience and strategic market research. This entry-level position offers a competitive OTE of €60,000 and above.

You are eager to kick-start your sales career and are driven by curiosity and a desire to achieve. You may not have sales experience, but you are ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You are a quick learner who is ready to engage in a hands-on, high-energy program. You understand the importance of networking and outreach, and you are motivated to connect with CFOs and senior finance decision-makers. You are looking for a role that not only offers a job but also a fast-track into one of the most exciting industries.

What you'll do

From day one, you will be guided through a best-in-class onboarding and finance bootcamp that equips you with the skills and knowledge to master B2B tech sales. You will learn how to run strategic market research and utilize commercial tools to identify companies and finance leaders who can benefit from Moss's offerings. You will engage in personalized outreach through cold calling and email, developing your communication skills as you connect with key decision-makers in the finance sector.

You will participate in weekly breakfasts and Friday demos, fostering a collaborative learning environment with your peers. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to earn serious (uncapped) commission, with an OTE of €60,000 and above. You will be part of a team that is recognized for its impact and growth, and you will contribute to making Moss a lasting success.
