mParticle is hiring a Technical Account Manager to work directly with clients, ensuring their success in adopting and leveraging the mParticle platform. This role requires strong collaboration with the Customer Success team and a focus on technical project management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and technical project management, ideally with experience in a SaaS environment. You understand the importance of client relationships and are skilled at managing technical account health to ensure client satisfaction and success. You are a proactive communicator, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.
You are passionate about helping clients maximize the value of their investments in technology. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and are driven to deliver exceptional service. Your experience in managing technical projects equips you with the skills to navigate challenges and provide solutions that align with client goals.
What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at mParticle, you will take ownership of technical projects and client relationships, ensuring that clients successfully adopt and leverage the mParticle platform. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our services.
You will play a critical role in driving client success by facilitating onboarding processes, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support. Your technical expertise will enable you to address client inquiries effectively and guide them in utilizing the platform to its fullest potential. You will also work with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
