You have experience in a client-facing role, ideally as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar position, where you've successfully managed technical projects and client relationships. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive success. You are adept at understanding technical concepts and can translate them into actionable insights for clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the mParticle platform.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams. Your ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs is crucial in helping them leverage customer data effectively. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at mParticle, you will take ownership of technical projects and ensure the health of client accounts. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to clients as they adopt and utilize the mParticle platform. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
