Who you are

You have a strong background in IT management, ideally with experience in the Media and Entertainment industry. You excel at change management and possess excellent stakeholder communication skills, enabling you to navigate the unique technical and cultural needs of creative studio environments. Your ability to act as a bridge between corporate IT standards and creative studio requirements is essential. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless onboarding of studios onto strategic technology platforms. You understand the importance of aligning IT initiatives with business goals and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and developing solutions that meet the needs of both IT and creative teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the dedicated IT liaison for mthree's Media & Entertainment service line, managing the onboarding process for 13 creative studios globally. You will be responsible for ensuring that these studios are integrated onto strategic technology platforms smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve acting as the primary point of contact for IT escalations, addressing any issues that arise and facilitating communication between the studios and central IT. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their unique needs and ensure that corporate IT standards are met while respecting the creative processes of the studios. You will also play a key role in driving change management initiatives, helping studios adapt to new technologies and processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial in fostering collaboration between IT and creative teams.
