Who you are

You have a strong background in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, with at least 4 years in a technical discipline focused on infrastructure support and application integration on Windows Server. Your expertise in Windows Server and RedHat Linux Operating Systems is complemented by your knowledge of industry server hardware from brands like HP, Dell, and IBM. You possess a solid understanding of networking concepts and have basic knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies. Your experience also includes working with relational database platforms such as Sybase and Microsoft SQL Server, which allows you to effectively manage and integrate applications.

You are a detail-oriented individual who excels in creating technical and operational documentation, including troubleshooting and deployment documentation. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you a valuable team member. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a diverse team culture that values equality and inclusion.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with one of mthree's clients, contributing to the design, building, testing, and maintenance of scalable and stable applications. You will support systems that include algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with a global team to implement best practices in system reliability and performance.

You will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production environments, leveraging your knowledge of Windows Server and RedHat Linux to maintain system integrity. Additionally, you will document processes and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support knowledge sharing within the team. Your role will also include participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and reliability.
