Sigmoid is hiring a Key Account Manager to maintain and enhance client relationships while driving new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in B2B sales and account management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, with at least 3-5 years post-MBA experience. You understand the technology landscape and have a consultative selling approach that allows you to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers at various levels is key to your success. You are proactive in identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and have a history of consistent over-achievement in your sales targets.
What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager at Sigmoid, you will develop a deep understanding of your customers' needs and their industry dynamics. You will communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they trust your insights and seek your advice on business and technology issues. You will conduct quarterly business reviews to understand challenges and ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with delivery managers and technical teams to maintain seamless relationships. Your role will also involve forecasting revenue and resource requirements for customer engagements, ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will spearhead pitches and new business development initiatives within your portfolio, driving growth and enhancing client relationships.
