You are an experienced leader with a strong background in pricing and demand management, capable of shaping strategies that drive growth and profitability. You possess sound analytical abilities and have a knack for making data-backed decisions that keep the consumer at the heart of your strategies. Your strong cross-functional collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and alignment towards common goals.
You have a proven track record of managing high revenue days and are adept at problem-solving in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to execute and follow through on high-quality output with limited oversight sets you apart. You are self-directed and can prioritize effectively within an ambiguous environment, ensuring that your team meets key metrics such as revenue per unit and gross margin.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the finalization of pricing and promotional offers on a daily basis, ensuring that both topline and bottom line targets are met. You will review and recommend changes to pricing strategies based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback. Your responsibilities will include managing the analytics team to strategize the effectiveness of campaigns and liaising with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of P&L reports.
You will also be responsible for developing strong analysis and trends that shape new dimensions of pricing, isolating problems and leveraging strengths for better ROI. Your leadership will ensure that the team manages accurate and timely reporting for key metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will play a crucial role in stakeholder management, ensuring that all internal customers are aligned and informed about pricing operations.
