You have 5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, demonstrating a strong ability to design and implement systems that enhance go-to-market strategies. Your background includes hands-on technical ownership of CRM systems and automation tools, allowing you to effectively manage data and drive insights across teams. You possess a strategic mindset, capable of collaborating with leadership to translate growth targets into actionable plans. Your experience in optimizing sales processes and pipeline governance is complemented by your ability to standardize workflows and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Desirable
Experience with various CRM and automation platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and dashboard creation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading initiatives that require both technical and strategic expertise. Your ability to document processes and drive adoption across teams will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will set the go-to-market strategy and operating cadence, partnering closely with the CEO and Sales/Marketing leadership to design segmentation and territory plans. You will own and optimize the GTM stack, which includes tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Apollo, ensuring that data remains clean and reliable across all platforms. Your responsibilities will also include building dashboards and analytics that the leadership team can trust for decision-making, as well as designing integrations and workflows that enhance productivity for sales representatives.
You will drive execution and alignment by standardizing the lead-to-customer lifecycle and implementing scalable pipeline governance. Your role will require you to document processes meticulously and ensure that cross-functional teams adopt changes with measurable outcomes. You will be instrumental in increasing rep productivity through automation and integration of systems, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Basis AI.
