You have over 5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within the e-commerce sector, where you've successfully driven customer experience initiatives. Your background includes a proven track record in process optimization and strategy development, allowing you to identify and resolve friction points across the customer journey effectively. You possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with various teams such as Supply Chain, Technology, and Marketing.
Your expertise in customer experience strategy development is complemented by hands-on experience in managing complex projects. You understand the importance of data-driven insights and innovative solutions in enhancing customer satisfaction. Your ability to govern and reduce platform imperfections is key to your success in this role, as is your capacity to align multiple stakeholders towards common goals.
