You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in customer excellence and operations management. With over 10 years of experience in customer success or related fields, you have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and the ability to drive measurable outcomes. You thrive in building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence. Your hands-on approach and customer obsession enable you to influence and collaborate effectively with global leaders. You are adept at managing complex operations and ensuring capability excellence across various functions such as Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success Operations.
Desirable
Experience in establishing new centers of excellence or similar initiatives is a plus. You have a strong background in data-driven decision-making and are comfortable leveraging analytics to inform strategies. Familiarity with tools and technologies that enhance customer engagement and success will set you apart.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Customer Excellence, you will be responsible for building and scaling the Customer Excellence Center in India. You will lead the team in managing daily operations and ensuring that all customer-facing functions operate at peak performance.
