Overview

Rubrik is hiring a Customer Success Engineer II to provide enterprise-level technical support and ensure customer satisfaction with their SaaS products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers in Bangalore, India.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in customer success or technical support, ideally within the SaaS industry, and possess a strong understanding of data management and security solutions. You are skilled at diagnosing and solving complex technical issues while maintaining a focus on customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can serve as a trusted advisor to customers.

You are familiar with cloud deployments and have a passion for helping customers achieve their goals through timely activation and adoption of technology. You understand the importance of delivering a world-class post-purchase experience and are committed to ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments in Rubrik's solutions.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer II, you will be a key point of contact for Rubrik's customers, providing them with enterprise-level technical support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely activation and adoption of Rubrik's SaaS products. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that customers' data remains protected and available. You will also collaborate with the Global Customer Support and Success Organization to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
