Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue planning and management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce or retail industry. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you are proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau — enabling you to derive insights from complex datasets. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to convey complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels effectively. Your strategic thinking and leadership abilities empower you to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining monthly revenue plans that align with overall business objectives and market trends. You will analyze historical data and market conditions to inform projections, ensuring that your plans are actionable and relevant. Leading the demand planning process at the business unit level will be a key focus, where you will collaborate with category managers to create accurate monthly GMV plans. You will also work closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement traffic planning by source of traffic, monitoring website trends to optimize revenue per session. Conducting in-depth analysis of monthly GMV and GM performance will be essential, as you identify key drivers and areas for improvement, presenting your findings to senior leadership. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, category, and finance teams will be crucial to ensure cohesive planning and execution of revenue strategies.
