What you'll do
As the Banking Operations Team Lead, you will be the operational anchor for claims handling in one of N26’s strategically critical markets: Germany. You will lead and develop a high-performing claims team, setting priorities and removing blockers to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end claims processes, ensuring compliance with risk controls and audit readiness, and maintaining up-to-date internal documentation. You will define and track team KPIs and OKRs to measure operational readiness and performance. Additionally, you will oversee the handling of complex cases, ensuring correct escalation and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will also manage relationships with outsourcing partners and external service providers, designing and delivering training to coach partners on complex case handling.
