Who you are
You have a proven track record in banking operations, particularly in claims management, and are ready to take on a leadership role. Your experience includes managing teams and driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while improving customer outcomes. You thrive in dynamic environments and are skilled at navigating complex operational challenges, particularly in the context of the German market.
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at defining and tracking KPIs to measure team performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments, including Product and Legal, is essential for success in this role. You are passionate about developing your team and fostering a high-performance culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing Claims team focused on the German market. You will set priorities, allocate resources, and remove blockers to ensure operational efficiency. You will own the end-to-end Claims processes, ensuring compliance with risk controls and audit readiness. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the handling of complex cases and managing relationships with outsourcing partners and external service providers.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in operational processes, enhancing customer satisfaction while minimizing operational risk. Your leadership will be crucial in defining and tracking team KPIs and OKRs, ensuring that the team meets its operational readiness and quality standards. You will also be responsible for coaching partners on complex case handling and delivering training to ensure high standards are maintained.
