N26 is seeking a Senior Lead in Brand Strategy & Activation to drive their global brand forward. You'll lead high-impact campaigns and social activations while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role requires strong strategic and operational skills.

You are a strategic and operational brand leader with a proven track record in driving brand strategy and activation. You have experience in defining brand positioning, narrative, and personality, ensuring they are consistently reflected across all customer touchpoints. Your ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes is key, as you focus on building brand awareness, trust, and cultural relevance. You thrive in collaborative environments, aligning teams around a shared vision and embedding brand thinking throughout the organization. You have a strong understanding of social media and community engagement, and you are adept at leading teams to elevate brand presence and audience connection.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the global brand strategy and activation for N26, translating brand positioning into impactful campaigns and social content. You will develop and oversee the Social Media and Community team, setting clear direction and building a high-performing function. Your strategic planning will encompass brand, social, and always-on activations, utilizing insights and performance data to guide your teams. You will define N26's role in culture, operationalizing frameworks for authentic activations that resonate with audiences. Your leadership will ensure that brand storytelling and community engagement are scalable and effective, driving measurable impact across 25 markets.
