What you'll do

As a Technical Customer Support Associate at Narmi, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our digital banking solutions. Collaborating with our internal Delivery, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams, you will ensure that customer feedback is communicated and addressed.
