You have a passion for sales and a strong drive for success — as a Senior Business Development Representative, you excel at researching leads and starting new relationships. With at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, you understand the sales process and are eager to contribute to top-line revenue growth. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to articulate the value proposition of Narvar's products effectively, ensuring that every potential customer is seen as an opportunity.

You are a quick learner who thrives in a remote work environment, particularly within the CST or EST time zones. You embody the value of collaboration, believing in the principle of "do great things together". Your ability to build long-term trusting relationships with prospects is key to qualifying leads as sales opportunities, and you proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first line of communication with prospects, utilizing cold calling, social media, and email to generate new sales opportunities. You will identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products and services that align with those needs. Building and nurturing relationships with warm prospects will be crucial as you manage and maintain a pipeline of interested leads, engaging sales executives for the next steps.

You will set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to closing. Your day-to-day activities will involve researching potential customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how Narvar's offerings can meet those needs. You will also be responsible for articulating the value proposition of the Narvar platform, ensuring that prospects see the benefits of partnering with us.

What we offer

Narvar offers a competitive salary range of $45,000—$55,000 USD, with compensation packages tailored to each candidate's unique skills, education, and work location. We provide a supportive remote work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
