Who you are
You have a strong background in sales with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing your own pipeline. You thrive in a hyper-growth environment and are motivated to exceed sales targets while collaborating with your team. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and understanding value-based sales approaches. You are agile and coachable, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is part of your background, and previous Sales Methodology training such as MEDDPIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales is a plus.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a successful launch and ongoing usage of Navan’s platform. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, partnering with Account Management to drive success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all sales activity within your account list and ensuring accurate monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, driving sales by managing and creating opportunities in your pipeline. You will understand Navan’s value proposition and solutions, using appropriate value-based sales approaches to engage potential clients effectively.
