You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, and understand the unique challenges faced by construction companies. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to helping clients navigate the complexities of permitting workflows. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to contribute to a company that is redefining the construction industry through applied AI.

You possess a strong understanding of the construction sector and the various stakeholders involved, from contractors to regulatory bodies. Your experience allows you to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that drive efficiency and compliance. You are comfortable using data to inform your sales strategies and understand the importance of a consultative approach in sales.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at PermitFlow, you will be responsible for driving sales and helping customers adopt innovative permitting workflows. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how PermitFlow's AI solutions can streamline their processes. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.

You will also be expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our solutions and identifying opportunities for upselling. Your insights will be valuable in shaping our product offerings and improving customer experience. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development.
