You have a hands-on approach to assisting employees with day-to-day technical challenges, including hardware, software, and basic networking problems. Your ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot issues will be essential in this role.

You understand the importance of logging, categorizing, and prioritizing support requests to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues. What you'll do

As a Helpdesk Technician (Tier 1) at Nebius AI, you will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. You will log, categorize, and prioritize all incoming support requests in the IT ticketing system, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting a broad scope of hardware, software, and peripheral issues, such as printers and other devices.

You will work closely with the IT team to provide hands-on support, assisting employees with their technical setups and day-to-day challenges. Your role will require you to be on-site five days a week, allowing you to engage directly with users and provide immediate assistance.
