What you'll do

As a Tier 1 Service Desk Technician at Nebius AI, you will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance through various channels such as in-person, messaging, ticketing, or email. You will log, categorize, and prioritize all incoming support requests in the IT ticketing system, ensuring that each request is handled efficiently. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as documenting your findings and resolutions to improve future support processes. You will assist users with technical setups and provide guidance on best practices for using IT resources effectively.
