What you'll do

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Payabli's services. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of support requests. You will work closely with the Support team to identify trends in customer issues and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of Payabli's products and services, enabling you to provide informed support to customers.
