Who you are
You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the intricacies of go-to-market strategies and have a proven track record of driving operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior sales leaders makes you a trusted advisor, and you thrive in environments where you can influence strategy and execution.
You are passionate about the AI and cloud computing landscape, and you stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Your leadership style fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging your team to take initiative and drive results.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or cloud computing industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales forecasting and performance management tools. You may also have a background in analytics or business intelligence, which enhances your ability to derive insights from data and improve sales processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner directly with the sales leadership team to shape and execute Nebiusβ go-to-market strategy for the Singapore market. You will own the sales planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving predictable revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include performance management and forecasting, where you will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
