SonarSource is hiring a Sales Operations Director for the APJ region to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity. You have a proven track record in sales operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and have a knack for improving efficiency and effectiveness across teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to produce actionable insights that drive sales strategy and execution. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about supporting sales leadership to achieve their goals. You are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within your team.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, especially in software or SaaS environments. Familiarity with sales analytics tools and CRM systems will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be critical in supporting the VP/GM of Sales APJ by implementing measurable processes that enhance sales productivity. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining sales reporting frameworks that inform day-to-day strategy and tactics. You will collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and support the development of training programs for the sales team.
