You have extensive experience in managing strategic partnerships, particularly within the technology sector — your background includes working with large technology ecosystems and driving collaborative initiatives that yield significant business results. You possess a strong understanding of the cloud landscape, especially with AWS, and can articulate the value of partnerships to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your strategic mindset allows you to align product roadmaps with partner objectives — you excel at identifying opportunities for collaboration and have a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies. You are adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that sales, marketing, and product teams work together seamlessly to achieve shared goals.

You are a strong communicator, capable of building relationships with senior executives and influencing decision-making processes — your ability to negotiate and manage complex agreements is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to assess partnership performance and drive improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow Neo4j's partnership with AWS and other key technology partners — you will develop and implement strategies that enhance collaboration and drive joint revenue opportunities. You will work closely with product teams to align roadmaps and ensure that partner needs are met, facilitating regular communication and updates.

You will coordinate global field sales efforts, ensuring that all teams are aligned and equipped to leverage partnership opportunities — this includes training sales teams on partnership offerings and providing them with the necessary tools to succeed. You will also be responsible for tracking partnership performance metrics and reporting on outcomes to senior leadership.

Your role will involve identifying new partnership opportunities and assessing potential partners for strategic fit — you will conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform your recommendations. Additionally, you will represent Neo4j at industry events and conferences, promoting the value of partnerships and expanding your professional network.
