Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in Partner Management, with a strong focus on building and nurturing relationships with cloud service integrators. Your background includes more than 5 years of managing cloud SI partners, giving you a deep understanding of their practices and the dynamics of the cloud marketplace. You excel in strategic contract negotiations, ensuring that partnerships align with long-term business goals.

Your ability to drive new business partnerships is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners alike. You are motivated by the challenge of achieving quarterly sales objectives and are passionate about contributing to the success of a high-performing team. You understand the importance of cloud technologies and are eager to leverage your expertise to support JFrog's mission.

What you'll do

As the Director of Cloud Alliances, AWS, you will lead efforts to secure partnerships with top cloud-focused SI partners, driving revenue and supporting JFrog's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, from recruitment through contract negotiations to achieving sales targets. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Global Channels & Alliances team to build an elite network of partners that align with JFrog's vision.

You will analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of partnerships, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and aligned with JFrog's goals. You will also mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the organization.
