Who you are

You have a strong background in quality assurance with at least 3 years of experience in test automation. Your expertise includes designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for both web and mobile applications, ensuring that software quality meets the highest standards. You are proficient in using tools like Cypress, Serenity, and Appium, and you have a solid understanding of programming in Java and JavaScript. Your experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services, particularly AWS, allows you to integrate automated tests seamlessly into the development process.

You are familiar with agile methodologies and enjoy collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software. Your skills in using project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps enable you to manage testing activities effectively. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to documenting test cases, results, and findings clearly and systematically. Your knowledge of performance and load testing is a plus, as you understand the importance of ensuring applications can handle high traffic.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the QA efforts at NEORIS, designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for various applications. You will collaborate closely with development teams in agile environments to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include executing automated tests, analyzing results, and providing feedback to improve software quality. You will also integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that testing is an integral part of the development process.

You will manage and track testing activities using Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring that all testing efforts are well-documented and transparent. Additionally, you will support load and performance testing initiatives when applicable, helping to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Your role will also involve mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the team.
