You have a proven track record in managing screenings and events, with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Your strong people management skills enable you to lead a diverse team effectively, ensuring high-quality presentations and seamless execution of screening events. You possess in-depth technical knowledge that allows you to collaborate with Post Production, Content, and PR partners to deliver exemplary creative presentations.
You are adept at establishing long-term visions for your team, focusing on both operational excellence and creative innovation. Your experience includes managing workflows and vendor relationships, ensuring that all aspects of the screening process run smoothly. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about content and entertainment, always seeking to elevate the audience's experience.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Screenings, you will lead a team responsible for the creation and execution of screening events across the APAC region. You will oversee the technical aspects of asset creation, ensuring that all presentations meet Netflix's high standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments, including Post Production and PR, to coordinate logistics and deliver impactful screenings.
You will be responsible for managing systems workflows and vendor management, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.
