What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Content Localization, you will oversee a large team of Localization Title Producers, guiding them in their efforts to deliver localized content for Netflix's extensive library of films and animations. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the localization team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other departments, including production, marketing, and accessibility teams, to ensure that all localized content meets the needs of our diverse global audience.

You will establish and implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the localization process. This includes delegating assignments, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to team members to foster their professional growth. You will also be accountable for driving innovation within the team, exploring new technologies and methodologies that can improve the localization process and enhance the viewer experience.
