What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Content Localization, you will lead a large team of Localization Title Producers, guiding them in their efforts to deliver high-quality localized content for Netflix's scripted series and documentaries. You will establish operational objectives and procedures that enhance the efficiency of the localization process. Your role will involve delegating assignments and ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will be the primary leader for all localization efforts, overseeing dubbing, subtitling, and the creation of main and episodic titles. Your strategic vision will help shape the direction of the localization team, ensuring that all content meets Netflix's high standards for quality and accessibility. You will collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and production, to ensure that all localized content resonates with international audiences.
