What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Foundational Infrastructure team, you will lead efforts to develop tools and infrastructure that provide visibility into the health of Netflix applications. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure that the solutions you build meet their needs and enhance their ability to operate reliably. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the direction of the team and its impact on the broader organization.

You will be responsible for setting clear goals for your team, aligning their efforts with the overall objectives of the Observability engineering organization.
