You have a strong background in recruitment and talent management, ideally with experience in the IT consultancy sector. You understand the importance of attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market, and you are passionate about creating a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Your project management skills allow you to oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that every candidate has a seamless experience.

You are a creative thinker who can develop innovative employer branding strategies that resonate with potential candidates. Your networking abilities enable you to build relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to promote Netlight as an employer of choice. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and understand the significance of equality in the recruitment process.

What you'll do

In your role as Talent & Growth Manager, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to their onboarding at Netlight. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Management Team to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract the right talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.

You will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives, working to enhance Netlight's reputation in the job market. This includes creating engaging content for social media and other platforms to showcase the company culture and values. Additionally, you will be involved in talent management activities, ensuring that new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization and have the resources they need to succeed.

Your work will contribute to the long-term sustainable growth of Netlight, as you help build a strong team of talented individuals who are aligned with the company's mission and values. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the processes and strategies in place.
