What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the dynamic Talent Management Team in Hamburg, where you will assist in active sourcing and recruitment processes. You will engage with universities to foster collaborations that attract top talent to Netlight. Your responsibilities will include organizing events that promote the company and its culture, as well as participating in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
You will gain valuable insights into the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial contact with candidates to their successful onboarding. This role will allow you to develop your project management skills as you coordinate various recruitment initiatives and contribute to the long-term growth of Netlight. You will also have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you and help you grow in your career.
