You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the construction industry, where you've successfully managed client relationships and developed service strategies tailored to meet client needs. Your ability to advocate for clients as their primary point of contact has been a key factor in your success, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your strong communication skills allow you to conduct client meetings effectively, preparing thoroughly to ensure productive discussions.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and service calendars simultaneously. Your experience includes preparing new business RFPs and marketing new and renewal accounts, showcasing your ability to drive business growth. You understand the importance of ongoing learning and are committed to personal and professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage client relationships and develop service strategies that align with their needs. You will be responsible for independently preparing for and conducting client meetings, ensuring that you are well-prepared to discuss their requirements and provide actionable insights. Your role will involve managing the preparation of new business RFPs and marketing both new and renewal accounts, which will require you to develop and manage service calendars effectively.
