Overview

Nextiva is hiring a Lower Mid-Market Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales for businesses with 21–200 employees. You'll engage with multiple lead sources and utilize a customer-centric approach to drive sales. This role requires strong multi-tasking and pipeline management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing full-cycle sales processes. Your experience includes working with businesses in the lower mid-market segment, where you've successfully navigated complex deal structures and built strong customer relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple lead sources simultaneously, including inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting. Your disciplined approach to pipeline execution ensures that you meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Nextiva's customer experience and team collaboration solutions effectively. You are customer-obsessed and understand that meaningful connections drive better business outcomes. Your ability to leverage structured qualification methodologies helps you guide prospects through their decision-making process, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer.

Desirable

Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX solutions is a plus, as it allows you to engage with prospects more effectively. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will enhance your ability to manage leads and track your sales activities efficiently.

What you'll do

In your role as a Lower Mid-Market Account Executive at Nextiva, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of lead sources, including inbound inquiries, XDR hot transfers, and chat-based leads. You will execute full-cycle sales motions, guiding prospects through a structured qualification process that typically spans 30 to 90 days. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs and aligning them with Nextiva's innovative solutions.

You will collaborate closely with your sales team and other departments to ensure that customer experiences are seamless and impactful. Your ability to multi-task will be crucial as you manage multiple lead queues and prioritize your efforts based on customer engagement and potential value. You will also be expected to develop and maintain a disciplined pipeline, ensuring that you are consistently moving leads through the sales funnel.

As you engage with prospects, you will leverage your knowledge of Nextiva's offerings to demonstrate how our AI-powered, conversation-centric platform can redefine their customer experiences. Your role will involve not only selling but also educating potential customers about the benefits of our solutions, fostering a customer-centric approach that emphasizes mutual success.
